PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS
WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following
terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you
must leave this site immediately.
Shipping
All APO/FPO orders must use United States Postal Service ONLY as UPS will not deliver to APO/FPO
addresses. All orders using UPS Service must provide a valid physical address as UPS does NOT
deliver to Post Office Boxes. All orders are shipped the next regular business day. In the unlikely event
this is not possible the purchaser will be contacted at the email/phone number provided by the
shopper during the purchase checkout process with further details and options immediately.
In the event that you select the United States Postal Service as your carrier
of choice (if that option is available) Velolectric.com (and it's owner VelolectricEBikes)
does hereby declare and makes known that we can not guarantee delivery, the timeliness
of such
delivery, and/or the condition and contents of such delivery to the purchaser.
By your use of this
service you do hereby agree to hold Velolectric.com (and it's owner VelolectricEBikes)
harmless
from any claims and warrantees
explicit and implied regarding said products, their delivery, and/or condition
upon delivery.
Pricing
There may be a price difference between products that we sell out of our retail location and our online store. Shipping to us from the Manufacturer and labor to assemble all Electric bikes is built into our retail price. When an electric bike leaves our showroom it has been assembled by a professional technician and tested for safety. Products purchased through our online store will require some assembly and adjustment by the customer. Because of this, our online price may be less than our in store retail price.

Return Policy
All products purchased through our website may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order
if it is in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a
refund of the purchase price less 20% restocking fee. Velolectric Ebikes will
deduct all shipping costs from the refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Returned Products that were originally shipped free or discounted as part of a promotion from Velolectric.com are to be paid by the customer. The actual, original shipping cost will be reduced from any refund.
If there are any missing parts, or if the product and its original packaging are not in like new condition,
an additional cost for these items/repairs will be deducted. This policy applies only to products ordered and delivered directly through our web site. Simply call our Customer Service staff at
650-592-8356 or by sending us an e-mail. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which needs to be written on the box that is being returned. No returned items will be accepted without an RMA.
All sales of parts, accessory, Bionx conversion kits or converted bikes using Bionx Systems are final, and there are no returns on these items. All products that have been sold discounted or with a reduced price are final and can not be returned.

Warranty Disclaimer
Veloelectric eBikes will honor all manufacturers warranties, but we offer nothing beyond those specifically innumerated warranties.
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and
without warranties of any
kind, whether express or implied above and beyond those provided by the manufacturer. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant
to applicable law,
Velolectric.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but
not limited to, implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Velolectric.com will honor all warranties providied by each individual manufacturer.
Velolectric.com (and it's owner VelolectricEBikes)
does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will
be
uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this
site or the server that makes
the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Velolectric.com
does not make any
warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site
in terms of their
correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.
Some states do not
permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may
not apply to
you.

Laws regulating electric bikes tend to differ by local jurisdiction. It is the customers responsibility to consult their local laws regarding Ebike regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Velolectric.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use
of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if
Velolectric.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the
limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you. ***Please note if you select the United States Postal Service as your
shipper of choice, Velolectric.com cannot assume responsibility for guaranteed delivery or the
condition of your order. Your use of the USPS means you agree to hold Velolectric.com harmless from
any liability (implied or explicit) for delivery or the condition of your order upon it's arrival.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Velolectric.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect
price, Velolectric.com
(and it's owner VelolectricEBikes)
reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at
the incorrect price.
Velolectric.com (and it's owner VelolectricEBikes)
reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether
or not the order has
been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the
purchase and your order is cancelled, Velolectric.com shall issue a credit to
your credit card account
in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the
registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated
by Velolectric.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights,
Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any
termination.
Notice
Velolectric.com may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other
reliable method to the address you have provided to Velolectric.com.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A.,
without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the
international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly
or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of
Velolectric.com products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Sanmateo County (Redwood
City), California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not
limited to the purchase of Velolectric.com products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the
claim or cause of action arises. Velolectric.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance
of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or
right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of
these terms and conditions. Velolectric.com may assign its rights and duties under this
Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or
abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Velolectric.com or other
licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is
prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which
is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal,
or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of
any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload
commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any
other commercial online service or other organization.

information from unauthorized access. No one is allowed to "Hack," "Crack," "Nibble," or otherwise "Test" this site
on our behalf or otherwise. We do record and log I.P. addresses as well as other pertinent information
in order to protect and serve our clients. We will prosecute violators to the fullest extent
of the law criminally and civilly

users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these
communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and
